Copywritten and Private

In our journalism class, we tackled about the Copyright Law and Right of Privacy. The two most certainly dealt with the copycats out there and publishing thingies from/about other people without permission. Think of Stephenie’s leaked out draft of Midnight Sun (had posted about it here)…well that’s what the law is all about. They just can’t write their own words and publish pictures taken by other people, so they make others business their business. Maybe those “original idea owners” felt really pissed about it, and thus the copyright law was born.

i’m thinking of my own crimes, too. When i posted hannah and sandra’s pic eating lunch with spoons on their mouths…maybe i didn’t really violate the right of privacy thingie…lol. I mean, why would people complain about getting their pics posted off somewhere? Unless it’s scandalous of course. I think there’s never been any you-posted-my-pic-on-the-web-and-i’m-getting-you-sued issue somewhere. Fame is the modern everybody’s concern.

Copycats, well maybe these people don’t really have to be sued. Have they not heard it yet that the best form of flattery is through imitation? They slap that on the faces of the complainants. So Sometimes it’s not like their insulting you, but it’s more like flattering you. Oh, what an excuse. Still, there are some people who can/like to imitate but don’t want to be imitated. Toinks.

The well-discussed Scandal. And yes, privacy. If you are stripped up and all, ready to be taken by some man, all willingly, yes, it’s private. Nothing worth suing for. But if you never knew a camera was there, hidden, the whole act will end up in the court. What’s the difference? The camera did the trick? Oh what shit. If she’s really willing to be in it, with or without camera should be no difference. There’s no violation of any law, especially if the videos are meant to be private. Blame it to her if she didn’t know she’s going to have sex with a man with voyeurism.

Never ending complains with their own crimes. Sigh.
